Privacy & how it works

What you practise

HarborDojo teaches co-regulation — how to be a steady presence for a friend who is struggling. You practise the five moves (validate, ask, sit with, gently redirect, and escalate) on everyday scenarios, and learn the one that matters most: recognising when something is bigger than a friend can hold, and bringing in a trusted adult.

The boundary is the point

Caring for a friend is real and it matters — and it is not your job to be their therapist. HarborDojo is honest that peer support has limits; a teen cannot be someone’s mental-health support, and knowing that keeps YOU okay too. The strongest move, when something frightens you, is to reach for a grown-up.

Handled with care

The scenarios are practice, not real people. The one about a friend in real danger is kept non-graphic and abstracted — it never depicts harm, and its whole lesson is to escalate to a trusted adult and to the real crisis resources, never to fix it alone. Nothing you do here is saved; there is no diary, no microphone, and no camera.

Our privacy promise

HarborDojo Play is free, works offline, and collects nothing. No accounts, no ads, no tracking, no microphone, no camera. Only which drills you have explored is saved, only in this browser. It builds literacy about supporting a friend; it is not therapy and does not measure or diagnose anyone. The crisis resources below are always one message away.
